The Multi-Proyectos Business Unit develops and operates commercial centers and real estate projects for sale. We are present in 10 departments of Guatemala with this unit’s projects.

Whenever we develop a real estate concept, we seek to integrate our team’s ideas and proposals with the needs of our clients and their environment. We are familiar with the towns where we operate because we live there; we understand the real estate development and services needs of families and communities of Guatemala.
14 Commercial centers
Out of 14 commercial centers we currently operate, two are located in Guatemala City and the remaining 12 in capitals of other departments of Guatemala.
Latam Hotel is located in one of our commercial centers, in Quetzaltenango, the second largest city in Guatemala. More than 37.5 million visitors come to all our commercial centers every year.
